Pokemon X and Y: out this October! (The pokedex so far...)

It's no secret to Pokemon fans that Generation VI is coming out this October and for the first time it will be available at the same time all over the world!
Pokemon X and Y are the first Pokemon games (from the main series) to be released for the 3DS platform and can be played with hardcore 3D effects.

So, Game Freak haven't really given too much away, but the stuff they did tell us made us all excited!

The Pokedex: Game Freak introduced a few Pokemon from the new games to us
The starters
Chespin, the grass type starter, Fennekin, the fire type starter and Froakie, the water type starter

The starters, in case you didn't know, are Pokemon that you travel around with throughout your journey to become the Pokemon champion. There are 3 new starters for each main game :)
Pokemon mascots
Xerneas and Yveltal
These guys are the legendaries that appear on the cover of X and Y respectively.
Mewtwo's new forme

We were all wondering who this "new Mewtwo" could be and they spilled the beans. They recently told us this mysterious Pokemon is Mewtwo's new forme!
The next Eeveelution: Sylveon

Sylveon is the next Pokemon Eevee can evolve into. It's unknown what her type could be, but people have made speculations as to what type it might be.
For example...They say that Sylveon could be a ground, rock, flying or water type because in the diagram above, Sylveon is opposite Jolteon, who is an electric type. In the diagram, the Eveelutions opposite to each other are weak/strong against each other. Like Leafeon and Vaporeon: Leafeon's type (grass)  is super-effective against Vaporeon's type (water).

The problem with the four types mentioned above are that...
Ground and rock: well, Sylveon doesn't look like either of these because of its design.
Water: Vaporeon's a water type, it just wouldn't work out.
It's more likely it's a flying type, but Sylveon doesn't have wings or anything to portray its flying ability.

Some people think Sylveon could be a new type, like "fairy" because of its look or "light" type because we have a dark type, but no light type.

I think it's a ghost type. I mean, ghost hasn't really been mentioned and has nothing to do with the diagram, but still! I think a ghost is more likely. Otherwise, my fingers point to flying type, seeing as Gyarados doesn't need wings to be a flying type.

So what type do you think Sylveon could be? Send in your comments. And remember, you can still comment if you don;t have a Blogger account by commenting as anonymous :)

Adventures In A Camper Van

If there's anything I want to do when I get older, it's to travel around the world. Not in eighty days, of course >.<

But I want to do it. I want to visit places I haven't been before.
One of the places I want to travel around is America. More than anything, I want...their food! :D :D :D
Like, a Hershey's Bar, I really want one of those :))
Yeah, I'll go all the way over to Hershey, Pennsylvania just to get one xD
Or Canada, even :)
Yum! o.o

And I'll go sightseeing too...yeah, I want to go to the top of the Empire State Building, although, I probably won't go to the very top because I just couldn't look down >.<
I want to run across the golden gate bridge! :))
I want to set the Statue of Liberty's torch on fire 8)
I want to carve my face into Mount Rushmore 0.0
I'll rearrange the Hollywood sign so it says Wood Holly :))

When I go to America, I want to go to Wal-Mart.
I'm serious when I say...I really haven't been to Wal-Mart!
As far as I know, they don't have Wal-Marts where I live...
No, we have Tesco instead and they think every little helps :P

When I go to America, I'm going to sprint all the way down the walk of fame in Hollywood and at the very bottom, I'm going to write Sara was here!!! In huge handwriting
and draw a huge star around it :P
I'm going to go to Universal Studios, just so I can do their theme song when they're filming a movie :)
When I'm travelling, I'll be doing it in an awesome camper van! :D
Hayley Williams and a Camper Van

I won't leave home without --
Just doodling in a notebook
  • my blue converses
  • my phone
  • a stereo
  • a music album
  • my computer
  • a notebook
I won't leave America without
Converses on the beach
  • Going to the beach
  • Riding in a yellow taxi cab
  • A new pair of sunglasses
  • Learning to surf

So that's what I'll do if I ever go to America someday...
If you were going to travel, where would you want to go more than anywhere in the world? Send in your comments! :D :D :D

The Croods: Movie Review

Could contain spoilers! But don't worry, I didn't ruin the ending :))
So today, I went to the cinema to watch The Croods. I think the movie went pretty well! :D :D :D
Hence the reason why I'm writing a movie review for you today :)
Released: 2013
Rated: U
Genre: adventure, comedy
Film Description: Eep (Emma Stone) lives with her family, The Croods, in the prehistoric times. Her dad, Grug simply looks for survival and never lets his family do anything new. He makes them stay in the cave, thinking they will be safe. Eep rebels against his rules and discovers fire after escaping the cave. There, she meets Guy (Ryan Reynolds) and his sloth, Belt (Chris Sanders). Guy warns her the world is going to come to an end. He asks Eep to come with him. Eep refuses because of her family, but Guy gives Eep a shell to call him for help. Grug finds her and decides to ground her in the cave. Eep tells him about Guy and the shell, but Grug and the rest of her family break it because it's "new."
There's an earthquake and the Croods try to take cover in the cave, but the cave was ruined in the earthquake. The earthquake reveals a world beyond the rocky environment they're used to. Instead, there's a landscape with fresh flora. The Croods go down there in fear of not being able to survive.
Along the way, Eep meets Guy again who is forced to help them through their journey to the land of "Tommorow."

What I thought of this movie: I expected this movie to be an interesting adventure movie full of free living. Needless to say, it was more than I thought it would be.
The Croods had a great storyline to build on behind not just an adventure, but also romance and comedy. It was charming and witty. This is one of my favourite animations right now and can compete with other great films like Cars, Despicable Me and Finding Nemo.

Ten Guilty Pleasures

So we all have secrets and guilty pleasures that we keep to ourselves at times or just can't help but share with others.
And I am going to share mine with you! :D :D :D
I think there are two definitions for guilty pleasure: something we know we love but we shouldn't, or, mostly in my case, something we do that we don't tell anyone about :P
So here we go, my top ten guilty pleasures!
[10] Would have to be eating KitKats when someone's not looking (obviously) :))
Not that I don't mind giving them my KitKat, it's just...mine! :))
[9] Pokemon --->>> my brother used to like anime and it kinda rubbed off on me, okay? -__-
FYI ~ Growlithe and Arcanine are the best 8)
[8] Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen --->>> I see a little silhouetto of a man-Scaramouch! Scaramouch! Will you do the fandango? :T
I skip the first three minutes just to hear that bit :D

[7] Prank calling randoms --->>> last time I did that, I got worried about if the guy on the other line recognised my voice o.o
[6] Talking to guys with accents --->>> I have a British accent and I know everyone who's not British wants one, but really! I want yours! I'll trade you! :))
[5] Moustaches --->>> I love those moustache mugs, they're so cool :))
[4] A shower --->>> oh where do I begin? You know how great it is to feel fresh in the morning when you do that :))
[3] Doing a homework assignments on the day they come in --->>> get it out of the way! I'm sure we all have something better to do... ;)

[2] Watching Disney movies! I'll never grow out of them ;)
[1] Staying awake until 2am and waking up at 3 in the afternoon
I like being around in the day, but I'm definitely not a morning person. I'm more nocturnal :P
What are your guilty pleasures?

Galaxies

I love galaxies! :D :D :D
They're so interesting and colorful, and I love how there's all sorts of galaxy images online :)
Like this one: imagine holding a galaxy in the palms of your hands <3 --->>>
And I love those galaxy tights! :))
This tiger's pretty cute! :D :D :D
Who could forget galaxy Converses? 8)

They're so far away, but it would be so awesome to just stare at them endlessly and make the time pass by...
